Runglob support

Need help with Runglob? The quick answers are below; for anything else, email hello@runglob.com and we reply within a couple of days.
How Strava sync works
Connect Strava from your profile in the app and your runs sync automatically: when you finish an activity on Strava, Strava notifies us and the distance is added to your active journey, usually within a minute. Only activities recorded after you start a journey count towards it.
My runs aren't showing up
- Check the activity is a run and is visible to you on Strava — we can only sync what Strava shares with us.
- Make sure the activity was recorded after your journey started; earlier runs don't count towards it.
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting Strava from your profile in the app — this refreshes the connection.
- Still stuck? Email hello@runglob.com with the date of the missing run.
Disconnecting Strava
You can disconnect at any time, either from your profile in the app or from Strava directly at strava.com/settings/apps (revoke access for Runglob). Syncing stops immediately and we discard the connection tokens. Activities already synced stay on your journeys; if you want those removed too, email us and ask.
Deleting your account or data
See runglob.com/delete-account for how to delete your account, what is removed, and how long it takes. Requests are completed within 30 days.
